What do you charge?

A single percentage of collected revenue, quoted after the walkthrough. There are no setup fees, and we never mark up maintenance.

Where do you care for homes?

Along the California coast and in the mountains. Tell us where your home is and we will confirm coverage.

Can I still enjoy the home myself?

Of course. Reserve the dates you would like in the owner calendar and we will plan around them.

What is the minimum commitment?

Our management agreement runs for one year, with a 60 day exit if it is ever not the right fit.
